Platzmeister costs €10 per month excluding VAT with the Starter Package for up to 5 courts, and €20 per month excluding VAT with the Club Package for an unlimited number of courts. Both packages have no limit on the number of members or bookings.

Three add-on packages are available for Platzmeister: the Connect Package with your own club website and newsletter service for €19 per month, online payments via Stripe for €15 per month plus Stripe fees, and floodlight control for €10 per month. All prices exclude VAT.

No. Platzmeister is a web-based application and runs in any browser on smartphones, tablets and computers. Neither the club nor the players need to install anything or download an app from an app store.

Yes. Every club receives its own address in the format yourclub.platzmeister.app. The page features the club's logo and colours, making it feel like part of the club's own online presence.

Yes. The club can upload its logo and choose four colours: primary colour, text colour, page background and secondary text colour. Platzmeister automatically calculates all other shades based on these selections to ensure a consistent design.

Members log in to Platzmeister without a password. They simply enter their email address and receive a one-time login link. There is no password to forget or reset.

Online via the club's Platzmeister booking page, at any time and from any device. There is no need to call the court manager or use a paper booking list at the clubhouse. The club determines how far in advance bookings can be made.

No. Platzmeister prevents double bookings at database level. Two overlapping bookings for the same court cannot technically occur, even if two people click “Confirm” at exactly the same time.

Yes. After every booking, Platzmeister automatically sends a confirmation by email. It includes a calendar entry that can be added to your smartphone calendar with a single tap. An automatic reminder is also sent before the booked session.

Yes. Every booking confirmation email contains a personal cancellation link. The booking can be cancelled directly up until the deadline set by the club – without making a phone call or entering login details.

Yes. Each court is created individually in Platzmeister and can be given any name, such as clay court, hard court or indoor court 1. Courts can be sorted into the desired order and temporarily deactivated if necessary. Individual courts can also be designated as members-only courts.

Yes. Platzmeister allows you to define individual opening hours for each day of the week. The booking calendar only displays the hours during which the club is actually open.

Yes. Platzmeister offers four types of blocked times: training, tournament, maintenance and closed. These can be applied to individual or multiple courts as well as the entire facility – including full days or several consecutive days, for example during a holiday closure.

Recurring blocked times can easily be created as a daily or weekly series over a defined period, for example for club training every Thursday. Simply set the time and affected courts once. Platzmeister displays any existing bookings beforehand, and the entire series can later be removed in a single step.

Yes. Platzmeister recognises Austrian public holidays, including movable holidays such as Easter Monday and Corpus Christi, and automatically treats them like weekend days when calculating prices.

Yes. As soon as Platzmeister recognises an email address as belonging to a member, the member rate is automatically applied. Everyone else is charged the regular rate. The club does not need to calculate or assign anything manually.

With a fixed member price, the person making the booking pays the member price for the entire session, regardless of who they are playing with. With a split court price, each person pays their own share: members pay the member rate, while non-members pay their proportional share of the regular price. The club decides which pricing model applies.

Yes. A fixed weekly court time can be reserved as a subscription for the entire season. This gives the club predictable revenue and the player a permanently reserved playing time.

The price is automatically taken from the stored subscription price table and can be adjusted individually if required.

Yes. Clubs can offer credit packages, such as ten- or twenty-session passes. The remaining credit is automatically deducted and displayed with every booking, and Platzmeister sends a notification when the balance is running low.

Yes. The complete member list can be imported at once using a CSV file. Platzmeister identifies duplicate email addresses and rows without a valid email address and lists them separately instead of cancelling the entire import.

Yes. The club can create its own categories, such as adults, youth, children or partners, and assign an annual membership fee to each category.

Yes. Membership fee notices can be sent to all members with a single click, and the payment status is recorded for each member and season. Payment reminders for outstanding fees can also be sent by the club with a single click. Platzmeister deliberately does not send anything automatically in the background without the club initiating it.

Both are pricing models for club members. All-Inclusive means that a member never pays a court fee. With Free Hours, a member receives a fixed allowance of free court hours per season. Platzmeister automatically deducts these with each booking and displays the remaining allowance in the booking form.

Yes. Platzmeister supports group stages, knockout brackets and combinations of both, optionally with placement matches, for singles or doubles. Competitions can be opened to specific player groups or to all members, and completed tournaments and their results remain available in the club archive.

Yes. In Platzmeister, each participant receives a personal link and does not need a user account. Players use this link to arrange their match time themselves. The match is entered as an actual court booking, making it visible in the occupancy schedule and protected against double bookings. Afterwards, the players can enter their result themselves.

Yes, provided the club has booked the Online Payment Add-on. The entry fee is then paid directly during registration, and the payment is automatically assigned to the respective registration.

The Connect Package combines the club's online presence for €19 per month. In addition to the booking page, the club receives its own club website with news, freely created subpages such as “About Us” or “Directions”, a webcam link and a sponsor section. It also includes newsletters to all members with up to 3,000 emails per month. The booking page remains the homepage. Uploaded images are automatically resized, and any GPS coordinates stored in the image files are removed.

Yes. The occupancy overview can be displayed in full-screen mode on a TV or monitor in the clubhouse. The display automatically refreshes every five minutes and pauses while someone is making a booking on the touchscreen.

Platzmeister stores all data on servers within the European Union and processes it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data belongs to the club, is neither shared nor sold, and no tracking or profiling takes place.

Platzmeister is fully available in German, Italian and English, including both the public booking page and the administration area. Guests and tourists can switch the language themselves at any time.

Yes. You can cancel at any time. However, the contract term is one year (12 months) and the annual fee is payable for the full 12-month period.

Yes. In addition to the main administrator account, additional logins with different access permissions can be set up on request.

Additional administrators receive full access to all functions. Staff members can, for example, manage bookings, blocked times and tournaments, but cannot access sensitive areas such as settings, prices, member data or billing.

This ensures that each person has exactly the permissions they need for their role.

The data will be deleted after the 12-month contract term has ended.

No. The website is completely free of advertising trackers and analytics tools. No data is collected, shared or sold for advertising or tracking purposes.
